When renting a vehicle from Oscar, you will always have to pay a deposit, which naturally will be released if the rental has gone according to plan. Below you can read more about our deposit policy, which usually depends on the choice of coverage package.

*Deductible refers to the maximum amount you have to pay out of pocket per damage to the rental vehicle or if it's stolen.
Note: When selecting the Basic Coverage Package you're accepting these terms: "I confirm I'll use my own insurance and accept responsibility for any damages or claims, understanding that my insurer may charge me to cover costs".
Note: Deposits can vary from location to location and depending on the vehicle you wish to rent - the exact amounts can be seen in the booking process after you have picked the car you wish to rent.
The deposit will be reserved from your payment method when picking up your rental car. Most rental locations do not allow cash payments.
