We can't predict accidents, but we can plan for them. When you rent a car from Oscar, liability insurance is always included. In addition, we offer additional waivers in our Comfort Package and Premium Package, giving you peace of mind during your rental.

Our Cover Packages for Our Vehicles

• *Confirm coverage: If you have your own coverage, you are responsible for confirming with your car coverage provider that your policy covers damage for rental cars before the time of pickup.
• *Be aware of deductibles: Be aware that using personal coverage may involve a deductible if a claim is made.
• *State and policy limits: Rental coverage may vary from state to state, so check any restrictions with your provider.

Out of State

To be covered outside the borders of Wisconsin, you need to buy the Out of State package, which allows you to drive in all states.
