No. All locations at Oscar are independent, so all vehicles must always be delivered to the same location as the pick-up.

All our vehicles can be driven with a Class D driver license.

As a general rule, you only need to be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license when you rent a vehicle from Oscar. However, in some cases, there may be an age restriction when renting cars, cargo vans, moving trucks and passenger vans. Once you have clicked on the desired car, the page will state if there is an age restriction on the selected car. The age restriction applies to both primary driver and additional drivers.

A deposit may be required at our locations, but it will be refunded if no damage happens to the vehicle during your rental period. The deposit amount typically depends on whether you purchase a coverage package. The deposit is only reserved when you pick up the rental car.

There are 250 miles per day included for our cars, SUVs, pickup trucks and passenger vans. For cargo vans and moving trucks we have 50 miles per day included. The price for extra miles depends on which car you want to rent and how many miles you need. You can choose to pre-book miles with a volume discount. Another option is to pay a standard price per miles, based on the exact number of kilometers driven, which is determined by the type and size of the car.

You cannot change the pick-up and drop-off times. You can pick up the vehicle during business hours. The drop-off time is fixed, and the vehicle must be returned by latest the specified time.

The driver who will be operating the vehicle must be listed in the booking information when you reserve the vehicle.

Yes. On a search result page, you will see all available vehicles. Please click on "More information" and you will see dimensions of that car.

No. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash. But good news - both debit and credit cards are acceptable.

No. Gas is not included in the price. The car must be delivered with the same level of gas as when it was picked up.

Other people can drive the car only if they are listed as an additional driver and have a valid driver’s license.

The driver’s license must be presented at a pick-up location.

The car must be delivered in the same condition as when it was picked up. This means that if the car got dirty during the rental period, it must be cleaned. If you fail to submit the clean car back, you will be charged a cleaning fee.

No. Animals and smoking are not allowed in our rental cars. If you do not respect this agreement, you will be charged a fee.

Prices may vary slightly, depending on the car rental location. This applies to both rental prices and the coverage package.

As a car renter, you are solely responsible for all parking and speeding fines during your rental period.

If you do not pay the fine, Oscar will charge the amount and an administration fee for processing the fine.
